We act as a Data Processor for the data you upload into our platforms (e.g., employee details, Attendance logs etc.) and as a Data Controller for your account information.

  • Service Delivery: To facilitate account creation and login process.
  • Platform Security: To keep our services safe and secure (including fraud monitoring).
  • API Maintenance: To debug and optimise the API performance for your specific environment.
  • Commercial Communication: To send you product updates and technical alerts.

4. White Label Confidentiality

When you use our white-label services, we process data on behalf of your brand. We do not contact your end-users directly unless required by law or requested by you for technical troubleshooting.

Your end-user data is isolated in dedicated database schemas or multi-tenant partitions to ensure complete privacy between different resellers.

5. Security Measures

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. These include:
